TWO FUN EVENTS, ONE BIG DAY | Saturday, September 27, 2025

Color Run/Walk

8:30 am-10:30 am 
Harmar Shelter, across from North Park Pool

Join us for a color-filled fun run or walk for the whole family! There are multiple color stations as you travel the Pie Traynor loop, beginning and ending at Harmar Shelter. This is a fun run/walk and will not be timed.

  • Check In: 8:30 am
  • Color Run/Walk: 9:00-10:00 am
  • Cleanup Station: 10:00-10:30 am

Registration is $20/person. 
Age 5 and under FREE (Swag Bag not included). 

Register by September 12 and receive a Swag Bag - 
white t-shirt, ECA sunglasses, and bandanna. 

Color Run/Walk registration is open until September 23, 
but will not include Swag Bag after September 13.

All-School Picnic

10:30 am-2:00 pm 
Carnegie Shelter & Woods One Field, near Pie Traynor Field in North Park

All families are invited to join us for fun, fellowship, and food! Don't miss the line-up of activities, including the Staff vs. Student Kickball Tournament, Face Painting, Live DJ, Raffle Baskets, NEW Triple Threat Sports Inflatable, Petting Zoo, NEW Outdoor Laser Tag, ECA Spiritwear Sales, and Legacy Cool-Down Tent!

  • Lunch served 11:30 am–12:30 pm
  • Chick-Fil-A sandwich is guaranteed to those who RSVP by September 13th.
  • Families can sign up to bring a non-perishable food item to share on the Picnic RSVP form.

Later this month, we are looking forward to one of the most joyful days in our community - the All School Picnic - when our families gather, students laugh and play, and together we celebrate the blessings of fellowship in Christ. This day has always been, and will always remain, our gift to every Eden family.

This year, a few friends asked how they might help with this special day. To honor that spirit, we’ve created Picnic Partnerships for any business or individual who feels called to share in the joy of giving. These partnerships simply underwrite activities, food, and fun so that every family can enjoy the day.

There is no obligation — just an opportunity to bless others.
